whats wrong with my computer its acting funny?

It won't let me cick on anything even when logging on it keeps scrolling up and down. It can only access guest then when you get on you can't click on any programs even start it keeps scrolling through everything not letting you click

Start up in safe mode , hit F10 at end of P.O.S.T. . Then run disk cleanup . Start/all programs/accessories/system tools/disk cleanup , then restart .

You need to boot you PC into "safe mode with networking".
Here is a link on how to do this in different OS. (windows xp, vista, etc.)

Once you are in here, you should be able to click on stuff.. Run your virus scanner and you should find some nice viruses in there.

Note: If you don't have a virus protection, I recommend that you use www.free.avg.com
