I live in New York, so in the winter it gets pretty cold out. I want to extend a hot water line from my house to my garage which is about 10 feet away. I don't want to dig because it will be too much work that I don't have time for. So I was wondering if I can put the hot water pipe above ground with some kind of insulation around it or something. How can I extend the pipe to the garage without putting it underground? Remember, in New York it gets around 15 degrees Fahrenheit in the winter. Thank you.
