CC is stuck on and I dont have original remote. TV menu is not helpful.
We tried unplugging and waiting, have tried the CC button on the remote also using combos of the CC button & volume/channel, mute and 0 button to see if that will switch the C1, C2, etc. Nothing has worked yet.So aggravating! Not even sure how it got turned on!

Have you tried turning off the power and leaving disconnected for a while.
