She may have, as already said, we dont know. But to arrest someone after you FOLLOWED THEM TO THE HOSPITAL.

Next time you get pulled over on your way top a medical emergency make sure to take your time and be patient with the officer.
You contradicted yourself, grow up.
And all that matters is that the correct information was communicated to the officer (doctor on the way to the hospital in an emergency).
