I need to know if there's a website out there that will let you download free ringtones to your computer and sending it to your phone through your data cable for a 6610 phone with a not so popular service provider. My service provider is Cellular One!

ey dude! actually its very easy to solve your problem, if u can only follow my instruction.
1. use pc
2. go to www.wapsilon.com
3. (if youre in) type: http://wap.google.com
4. ( if youre in) click: search type, click mobileweb
5. type: games (or any services you wanted to known)
6. now choose categories
7. (if your in) right click now, then property
8. copy the whole addy
9. paste to notepad or world
10. then download

there are two ways how download items from pc to cp
1. cable or infrared
2. sending a file to a web that capable to save jpg, wave, sis, jad, jar etc....
after uploading, copy or bookmark the whole addy.
