    SE T715 Fido - mp3 as ringtone

    Hi,
    I have a SE T715 from Fido.

I can't seem to be able to turn an existing MP3 track in my phone to a ringtone, alarm signal or even text message alert.

Is anyone having the same problem??? Someone suggested to debrand it. Anyone know where I can do that??

Any kind of help would be appreciated!!!

    SE T715 Fido - mp3 as ringtone

I think that you are probably finding that your files are not DRM coded files. DRM is a way to try and control media in the digital world. So look for the Sony DRM packer, you just drag and drop it will create a "signed" file that when you upload to your phone, will be recognized as a ringtone/messagetone etc.

    Hope that helps
    Cheers
