I have never been in a bar that was held up either.
let the robber steal what he wants, he will get caught. the last thing you want to do is have some crazy ass to start shooting. most bars have video cameras anyway.
thats why you have insurance.

Guns are not violent? I think you are confusing the 'guns kill people' argument with the fact that a gun's sole, entire and complete existance is to cause a minute explosion that propels metal at ballistic speeds for fairly long distances, sometimes going through things it is not intended to.
And we can disagree, and that is fine, but it's nothing short of wishful thinking to state that carrying a gun is the only thing that people are concerned about. It's what you (not you personally) may do with the gun, even with the best of intentions, that frankly worries most. Typically, what occurs after the trigger is pulled, if you know what I mean. And stating that you are simply carrying is rather obtuse, for why else would you carry the gun unless to use it if you feel the need? That's like saying a responsible dick-carrier should be perfectly fine hanging out in the women's restroom.
Since most Hell's Angels members are convicted felons, they can not legally own guns anyway. So with that in mind and using your train of logic, the "Hell's Angels Bar" should be the safest of all.
Having access to arsenic doesn't kill people. It sure makes it easier for someone to poison someone else.
By that token should I buy volcano insurance? I don't live near a geologically active area, but it still could happen.
Guns and alcohol don't mix. How is he an idiot?
Please point me in the direction of the post where I have stated that it is okay to carry a gun and drink.
Thanks.
