I agree with this aspect, I'm not sure how involved the coast guard is in the clean-up efforts
I believe the Saudi's cleaned up quite a few 100 million barrels in a quick time frame.
I guarantee you they are going to use the threat of higher gas prices as a way to avoid costly fines and regulation.
