    Dixie argued that checkpoints for people driving is just as unconstitutional as checkpoints for someone simply leaving a bar and walking on a public sidewalk.

    Please try to prove you know more about the constitution than a supreme court justice.

    In other words, if you want to assert "appeal to authority" you really should demonstrate knowledge at least equivalent to the other guy. So go..... What are your credentials?

    Same in Maryland.

    I drink and drive a couple times a month. Nothing like A beer with a good hamburger at a restaurant now and again. Now if I want to have 5 or 6 shots of Jack Daniels with my burger, I'll do the smart thing and stay at home and have a cook out.

    Two buddies of mine both just got OVIs in Ohio. One blew a .225 and supposedly he's gonna plea down to wreckless opp. Other friend refused to blow. Not sure what's going to happen with him
