I'm working on a crazy-quilted wallhanging...I keep starting and stopping but eventually I will finish it.

wow! That is really cool. I love that idea.

Personally I've doing some pastel drawings, including a recent drawing inspired by James Cameron's Avatar. But I guess my main creative focus has been on my icons100 challenge over at LJ. Making 100 icons of one subject has completely overworked my personal muse.

I'm starting some seeds for my vegetable garden, and I needed something that would serve as a mini-greenhouse but the ones that sell in the stores can be expensive (from $25 to $75) and I didn't want to spend a lot of money.

So I bought a box of plant-starter pellets for $2.50 and about 20 packets of seeds for $1 each.

After, I got creative by cutting down some empty water bottles.... Voila! Individiual mini-greenhouses.

Oh, and I also made another mini-greenhouse out of an empty mushroom container and a plastic bag--that's the blue thing to the left of the second picture.

............so that's my creative green idea for today. Anyone else making anything?
