Ouch Im sorry. Was the concert at least good?
 I do. But I've learned that restless legs can be a symptom of magnesium deficiency so as long as I take a magnesium supplement (I take one that also has calcium and zinc) it's not so bad.
Does anyone suffer with restless legs?
I had what I think is restless legs last night, the muscles were buzzing and I had to keep them moving or the pressure built up (it was not a cramp) and it kept me awake most of the night. It still feels a bit funny today, my legs are twitching and the buzzing is still there but its not quite so bad.
Any ideas on what I could do to help? Moving around (as in walking) didn't help, and just made the usual pain in my joints worse.
My friend got better and I never really had anything other than a slight fever and a sore throat.
Thanks. I have read some mixed opinions on facebook and I have asked a friend doctor. Probably I am just going to wait till my next visit to the neurologist and tell her about this, maybe it is better to "experiment" this medicine on summer lol
I'm feeling better today... I think that not talking yesterday helped, so is having a good night's sleep. But if it continues, I will definitively go see the doctor.
Stinging? Are you possibly allergic to something? If this has been going on for weeks, and since you need your voice for teaching, it's time to make an appointment with the doctor.
I've never heard of it... but maybe you could try getting a second opinion if you're not sure? It can't hurt...
