jlpatricia, is it the medication you are on? When I was on all my painkillers and antibiotics they reacted with my stomach and gave me a bit of gastorentitis. Luckily I'm okay now
It can be any kind, nothing works, it's like I'm allergic to everything
I had something similar to the flu during Thanksgiving, but apparently it was some respiratory thing that had flu-like symptoms. It wasn't fun! I'm still dealing with this God-awful cough that came with it!
I know how that feeling is sometimes Im quiet and shy too.
:bump:
Here's hoping that everyone is feeling well today. :group_hug:
If i were you, i'd go to the doctor  Maybe it's nothing, but when it comes to health it's better to check the symptoms out. Just giving my opinion
One thing I have to do is to remember to breathe slowly and deeply because at the first sign of a panic attack I hold my breath and that just makes it worse.
And then I try to focus on something that I know is right or true and that helps me to focus so that it turns into sort of a mantra. the sun is shining...everything is okay...I'm standing up...everything is okay...I'm holding a pencil...everything is okay...the walls in this room are blue...everything is okay... Sounds silly but it actually helps.
 I hope that you aren't having panic attacks.
They come so quickly and frequently for me I love my inhaler! But i just meditate as much as possible, put on some classical music, lie down, close my eyes and try to sleep it off. If not I breath in a bag.
i had to have a panic attack in my one act/one scene play, it was lovely.
