I downloaded the player and tried to register fo an account at KBS website as foreigner living abroad, but whenever i click on the button the following message appears: Not possible to register as foreign resident while residing in korea.
I don't live in Korea so i don't know why this message appears, I also tried sending an e-mail to the webmaster of the website but it keeps sending the message back and fails to deliver it.
What is the problem? is the foreign residents register locked? :'( please help
