at last i did it successfully

unwillingly i updated to 4.1 version , by luck the phone is factory unlocked .
after updating i put the etisalat sim,

its working

Sorry ,but I think all the details on how to recover your phone are in my above post.
Now depend also of your boot,if you have the blobs saved on saurik (cydia) / locally ?
Perhaps you should start to aboard the problem in to a different way ?
