Yeah confirmed, 3Gs iOS4.0 can NOT be jailbroken yet.

I've jailbreaked my iPhone 4.0 3G. But I see no Cydia icon on my iphone!!
There is only a white block in place of Cydia!

Cydia is very slow & cant update sources!!

the white block is itself cydia u need to connect wifi and open cydia and run all its process and try update the cydia which cydia will do it automaticallly
if cydia doesnt update itself then there is just one way to force it which is by adding a source go to manage-sources-edit-add and tap in cydia.hackulo.us/ a window will popup asking u two options add anyway and cancel so click addanyway as soon as u do this cydia will start asking u for some upgrade and may give u some errors bt it does 100% works by doing it dis way....
