Hey people,
I've been struggling with the echo in my ks660 and finally solved the echo problem!
The problem is caused by resonance of the mic in the housing of the phone. I solved this by opening the housing and put a little piece of cotton (from my girls makeup removers) on both sides of the mic. Thus removing the resonance problem. Closed the housing again and voila. Untill now: NO MORE ECHO'S!!!
Btw, I have firmware version 10i now and changed some settings in the phone. (updating to this version didnt solve anything)

seems you are quite newbie. please send ur phone to a service center. if you want to flash or upgrade ur phone.

I have the same echo problem and couldnt fix it yet. New firmware doesnt solve it. In the service menu (via 1809#*660#) you can change the settings of the echo cancellation but untill now i have no good results with this. I dont know what to do any more...If you fix it please let me know. Maybe there is a connection between mic and speaker via the housing of the phone?

there is no ks660.dll file and it says it needs that file in order to flash..can any one confirm that it can flash without it? thanks

Can someone please tell me if the flash solved the sms problem and the touch screen issues Ive seen people complaining about?
