How to connect the phone?
Should i use the USB Cable that came with the phone???

use only micro usb cable and conect ina qualcom mode

Try this:

1. Update Your HWK to 2085 (if You don't have yet)
2. Download "Qualcomm_USB_Driver_2.0.3.9.zip"
3. Turn Your phone to QUALCOM mode
4. Use different USB port, than You use usually
5. When system recognize new hardware and ask You for drivers, show him new drivers downloaded from support.
6. Restart Your computer and then try read codes from phone.
7 You must have SIM inserted. If You don't have original SIM, put antything else.

When You turn Your phone OFF, when he is in QUALCOM mode, You will have your phone in QUALCOM mode after power ON .
========================================

...so. Turn ON phone (WITHOUT SIM), put it in QUALCOM mode, turn it OFF, insert any SIM, turn ON, connect to HWK, read codes. It will work

how to enter the code? or what function you using to unlock with HWK?

please insert sim card to mobile and test card .check info key end waet 5 min,hwk calculited mobile cods.

you dont press unlock button only conect the phone
read phone info and the code will be calculated in last row
