Any free software to unlock S5230, S3650, C3050, etc?

Does anyone have any free or cracked software to unlock newer samsung phones such as s5230, s3650, c3050? I dont have the box to unlock these so i need some unlocking software.

please help!

Boxes are too expensive, try the fastgsm software, connects to a server and it will display the unlock code. Search for it at youtube.

fastgsm can only unlock old version of S5230 (that is why they say can be done with original cable, old version can be done with original cable new version is impossible whatever they say).
