If the phone ask for "Phoine pasword" , "Device password", or "Sim lock password" there is no solution for that...
NsPro unlock only netwok lock on that model.

Unlock codes are generated based on mobile phones IMEI number,brand,model,network it is locked now.It is provide by your service provider.I don't know unlock code for your Samsung SGH I607 Blackjack phone.You can get service provider.If they will ask to wait for until contract expire or some months,you can get unlock code from online sites.Visit the site Mobile-unlocker.com get code and unlock it from service provider lock easily.
