please can any 1 help me as i require the 02 uk firmware

so many places on the web say that it is and then you find out it is not
could any1 possibly list the firware versions and country and what network they are on

i hate having to change the t9 to english everytime i want to send a message

also i have had a debug mode menu by pressing *#9998*324# with loads of menus to do things all i want to know using this menu can i turn up the ring volume because these mobiles are way to low
