You can unlock it with a code or flashing with other firmware.

Today unlocked Z140V and make myself the cable using a Nec datacable modified and resolded to 6-9-10-15 very easy and simple it's the Z130 cable pinout.
Z500 have something more you must sold together pin 3-4-9
But maybe Z500 cable work as well on Z130 if somebody can test.

Sure you must connect pin 2 and 3 of the com port
it's very easy with a screw driver or a knife at the end of our cable.

Why temporary?

I used this method and I can use all operators. Further I have flashed several times and the lock continues disable. I thing it's the best way for unlocking and it doesn't lost the warranty

Just use *7465625*28782# then *7465625*28638# without SIM card,shut down the phone ,insert the SIM card and open the phone.Use this method for every network on which you want to use the phone.Tested
