why the simulate sim in joker is not working?
i tried on m55 and a 31 model with phone on but it says: Simulate Chip Card - Ok! but phone still says insert sim card and does not restart like x65 series with normal mode this option is not available in joker like in papuas or what????

Use motorola test card or other sim card..e.g. make clone sim card with fake imsi,KI and you can use this sim card with almost locked phone, so you dont need use simmulate sim... I have clone card and i am very happy.

what if you dont have access to hardwdare for cloning sim? I dont have such a hardware and have no possibilities to have one.

the Simulate Sim card option shouild work, maybe it needs any modification on cable or something, it is very strange that somme times it works and sometimes it doesnt, my cabale has oinly TX, RX and GND on pins 2,3,4, nothing mmore is connected, the other extreme is a USBto Serial Converter with FTDI Chipset.

Sommeonen has an idea? right now I have an AX72, I need tyo unlock it, have copied the Java apps for ESN calculation but I cant open the phone to load the application it is frustrating, if I cant do this then I have to CUT trarck or make TP...

Hi,
as you remember "How to" unlock phone using java midlet. After copy midlet on the phone, close the phone manager application and open Joker, click on "Info" and after click on "Simulate Sim". Now your phone will working in the Sim Simulation. Working with datacable or service cable (C55 serial cable). It is easy...

I use the same cable for uploading stuff and downloading pictcures, flashing, unlockingm everything

it is a FTDI chipset Cable, this cable has a ps2 female connector and I use it for almost all phones, SE, Samsung, nokia FBUS, Alcatel, Siemens, Panasonic, etc.
