...to unlock CF62 you need to cut one way and use the C55 serial cable (or DCA500). Search on this forum for the pictures or dowload from http://rapidshare.com/files/44149250/Service_cable.rar cables picture and unlocking software (Joker).
For cut way pictures, download from http://rapidshare.com/files/18403650/Siemens-Testpoint_Station_3.rar
Free unlock codes you finded only to the prepay sites.
