Thread: Animal Planet on News and Learning 1

I have no interest in Animal Planet (it's not in HD) but in principle I agree that Bell should have either added it automatically to everyone taking News and Learning 1 (old version) or should have informed everyone taking N&L1 that it could be added by a simple phone call. They really blew what could have been a positive PR move.

I have AP as a pick n pay along with new and learning 1. Can't wait to see my next bill.

Bell sent me a new smartcard this week for my 9200...promising me that it would fix the problem and I would definitely get RDSHD with the new card. Of course it didn't work ...I'll wait till May 1.

May 1, anyone get RDS or RDSHD with Sports 1 yet or for that matter Animal Planet with News and Learning 1?

Why don't you call them I got a good reply from doing the following. 18887593474, when ask English or French don't respond (Twice asked). When asked Enter your phone #. Enter #6 "Other" . Enter #4 "anything else." good luck.

Can anyone CONFIRM that Animal Planet is now a part of News & Learning 1....?
I just received my bill and it charges $2.50 for AP while one of my theme packs IS News & Learning 1.

I think it may have been harder for them to do a whole system thing to change it over for everybody.

I think it was on free preview for a month, and they would have advertised it on one of the free or preview channels (channel 199, for example).

Not showing up on my guide. I have News and Learning 1, but not Family 2.

I'll believe it when I see it, but for now, it looks like nothing more than an error on the site.
