One-fifth of the way through and not one film from my list. Plus, that last one there is really pushing it. Seriously people, Titanic?

Yep. Or in Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf's case, all it takes is a very high ranking on a list from mark and sarah f.
I think people factor in watchability in their top 10. I've seen almost all of the films in my top 10, like, at least four to five times, and I basically feel ready to watch any of them again at any time except for 2001 and The Sacrifice.
That being said, Schindler's List is not an especially fun film.
^ Is this... Sonatine?
That is a huge surprise though. I guess it had the usual potential to become "mad popular" because of the fun humor and genre subversion. Always increases accessibility. Yet, though I haven't seen any other Kitanos, I'm pretty sure that they are all half-comedies, correct? Also, he was pretty funny in Battle Royale the short time he was in it.
Double Indemnity has been on the top of my to see list for quite some time.
Never liked Titanic very much.It was way over the top.
Love Black Hawk Down. Million Dollar Baby is another one I'm really ashamed I haven't seen.
Yeah, it's one of my favorites. And raul, I noticed in another thread that you were a Billy Wilder fan and personally I think Double Indemnity is easily his best film. Definitely a genre essential if not anything else.
Looking forward to this. I guess I didn't get my top 100 in before this all started.
