House and Cuddy
- The kiss in Joy
- Him almost confessing his feelings in The Itch
- "Are you screwing with me?"/"Are you screwing with ME?" from Let Them Eat Cake, so much UST
- Him getting her back her old med school desk for her office in Let Them Eat Cake
- His face when he finds out she's adopting in Lucky Thirteen
- Her injecting him in the ass in Birthmarks
- Her showing up at his place all concerned in Dying Changes Everything
- Her inablity to hide her worry and her feelings for him during the hostage situation in Last Resort
- Their "next logical step" talk in Last Resort

That's just this season so far, if I listed them all I'd be here forever.

- Hallway scene in "Yoko Factor".

Sawyer/Kate
- "I'm a complex guy sweetheart!"/ "No girl's exactly like me." Getting under each other's skin since day one. lmao
- Their first kiss.
- Swimming in the waterfall. ("Come on Freckles! After all we've been through on this damn island, don't we deserve something good?")
- Playing 'I Never'. ("I never cared about having carte blanche because I just wanted to spend some time with the only other person on this island that just don't belong.")
- All the times Kate took care of him (worrying about his headaches, staying by his side when he was sick, getting him to swallow the pill, helping him exercise, cutting his hair, reading to him, cleaning his wounds, following him through the jungle).

Just going to pick out one of my current couple obsessions at random.

Luka/Abby (ER) :love:
- The scene where she tells him she's keeping the baby in If Not Now from the 12th season
- The ending of Bloodline where he's showing her pictures of their newborn son
- The wedding vows scene from I Don't
- The reunion kiss from The Human Shield
- The present exchange scene in All About Christmas Eve when he gives her a compass

There are a ton more but I'm quitting there or I'd go on forever. :lol:

Gosh I seriously have so many For Sally and Gary but the Most heart wrenching is the scene in which She tells him he has to go because what he's feeling is only because of her spell (or so she wants to believe) and he tells her he doesnt want to leave because he really does love her,the way she watches him go and she cries Makes ME cry every single time
also the scenes at the end when they are actually together (thier first kiss and the Kiss at the VERY END)
