You can get a Samsung Vibrant, unlock it and use it with your Rogers SIM card. But Bell is a CDMA network operator. You cannot unlock a CDMA network locked phone to use with any GSM network. So, you can get any other GSM network locked Samsung Vibrant and unlock it to use with Rogers. To unlock a Samsung Vibrant, visit Unlock-Zone.com and get the accurate unlock code at affordable cost with an easy unlocking guide. Good luck.
