help with unlocking iphone 3gs with 4.0.2?

i recently updated my software on iphone to 4.0.2 and am trying to jailbreak unlock my phone can anyone help me please i have a 3gs

Here is the steps to jail break the iphone
Step 1: Download the jailbreak program of your choice to your computer.
