Need a New Unlocked Phone From AT&T?

I'm looking to purchase a brand new unlocked phone that works with AT&T. I already have a contract and am not eligible for an upgrade so I need to purchase an unlocked phone. I'm looking for a good phone for texting or a nice touch screen. Either way I dont want to go over $300 for this phone. The sites I trust buying from are: Newegg.com and Amazon.com
I dont usually buy from E-Bay but I will if anyone finds a good unlocked phone on there.

You can get some good deals on refurbished iPhone models from Amazon or Ebay. Some people sell temporary unlocked iPhone models for more cost.
