Why would we want to rebuild on a known hole in the ground. It is just a matter of time before another big one takes it out again.

When are the people of New Orleans going to take some responsibility for themselves? How many millions of dollars need to be given to them before they do?

The people of New Orleans don't seem very interested in returning to the city. If they were, they would be making more of an effort to help themselves.
