contest, or have an extra one? I just found out about the walk on role contest for Mad Men via banana republic, and upon visiting stores was told they were out the the codes that went along with the fashion guide, but found out the contest goes on until the 6th of September. I was wondering if anyone had an extra style guide with a code, or knew where else to find a code. Thanks*
