How to Deal with Rogers Retention Dept.

but does any one have the # for the retention department for Bell? lol

when you call the rogers retention number now its is saying that the number is being discontinued. Thats too bad, they're really good. I wonder if they're changing the number or just getting rid of rentention all together

they just got rid of the direct number (or so people think - there's actually a new one but i cant disclose it now that i work for rogers (i didnt at the time of this post)) but theres still a somewhat direct way.
Call the 1888Rogers1 and say CANCEL at the prompt or CUSTOMER RELATIONS (not customer service). and youll be put through!

Last time I checked, Ottawa was also in Ontario

I always thought that Rogers employess get 50% off all Rogers services.

My friend that works for Rogers Corporate Sales gets his line for free.

Actually all the olders sales guys from the Cantel days get free lines.
