Can I say, “It will serve as a sliver of dignity if that which I’m writing…”

Is there a better way to not use “whatever”.
The point is to improve my writing skills, and my knowledge of English. But I suppose they could be foreign concepts to some.
“if ever what I’m writing…”?
"Whether you use "whatever" or "that which" it should be "I write," not "I'm writing.””

Not in the context of my writing.
