...pay the court fees? She thought it would be funny to try and put a restraining order on me (even though I hadn't seen her in 3 months and I've NEVER been a violent person)
It got denied because she did not show up to court and when the judge looked at her claims on the paper he shook his head in disbelief for the ridiculous claims she had against me for wanting a protective order then signed and approved the denial. When I first got served and spoke to my lawyer she was able to look up that she claimed to the judge she was "broke" and they waived the fee to apply for the restraining order. But what I'm wondering is if she is going to get the restraining order denial and or some court fees to go along with it basically for wasting everyones time

I live in Washington state if that affects anything
