I'm not even sure I did it right haha. How do you do it? I lowered the gain? Or something? It lowered the volume so I figured I did it right. But it was in the middle and I lowered it like...a few notches lower.

i much prefer it to soundforge.
it didnt worked for me either...
dude i sent two different files to my phone, i did everything u said using soundforge. The only problem i can see i did was renaming the file to .midi? is it .mid or .midi? or does it matter? how do u rename? i have a vx7000, ITS NOT WORKING!! AHHHH save me!
I just got the Motorola V265, and I am having the same problem. I've been trying to get an mp3 ringtone to my phone by converting it, cutting it, and all that I have been able to acomplish within the past 15 days, is getting it into the VZW inbox, but everytime I see it from my phone it tells me that if I want to hear it I have to go online with a computer and go to the web page. This is frustrating, I really need some detailed help, thanks.
i have the same problem now with saying go to vzwpix.com and check it out with a computer with accessible internet
this you to work for me but i switched to 5 dollar unlimited txt msgin so im not sure whats up
Guys.....some phones are just not able to play nor receive the files. I could tell you a lot more if you'd inform us of the type of phones you have.
From what I have found out, basically if your phone has both video and a camera on it, you can receive the files, if not, well then, it's touch and go.
And also as mentioned, there are file sizes depending on the type of phone. For instance, the LG 6000 is limitied to 30k while the 7000 and 8000 have ranges from 100 to 200k.
