Markie in Michigan RSA5 it says AT&T may divest Spectrum in this market, is this correct or am I reading into this wrong.

Correct, sounds like someone at the FCC told them if they don't divest some spectrum it won't be approved...

Dunno, AT&T has given themselves the option to divest whatever they don't want. If they choose to get rid of some PCS (probably makes the most sense), maybe T-Mobile or Sprint?
