It's 30 days, I just returned my HERO within a few days of that. Going to wait it out in hopes something better releases soon.

ugh, alltel needs to drop a non-locked bootloader milestone. My droid eris is great, but I'm starting to want a slightly larger screen, a keyboard and to be able to send and receive pic messages.

I don't want to wait until october. Mohtow, any insight?

the return policy is 15 days for "dumb phones" and 30 days for smart phones...just remember the day you purchased the device counts as day ONE!

Milestone was pushed back and should be out sometime in Sept...

The HTC Desire, HTC Bee, and Samsung R250 will enter testing at the end of this month....
