There is no V3m monster for Cricket. Cricket never made the V3m. However, there is a V3c monster for Cricket that will work with the V3m. You will lose the functionality of the SD Slot though.

There is a tut on here about how to fix that somewhere.

There is a bin file out there that has the cricket logos and all but with that file I was never successful getting web or mms to work. I just used the 8550 dll and editing settings in nv edit. The 8550 dll seems to work better than the 8500 for some reason.

I just bought a used VZ BB 8330, I have the BB Manager and the QPST and been watching youtube on how to flash it, is there anyone HERE that can help me step by step or at least jump start me on how to flash this phone? is there a file that QPST would provide that will allow me to flash it to Cricket or do i need to find this CRICKET file somewhere?
