When will Tmo get BIS 2.1??

I re-registered my gmail and yahoo email accounts on my bb. I don't really notice much change. If it is faster, great.

About the email icons, pardon me but, I beg to differ.
Been using my TMO 8700g for the past couple of months.
My TMO BIS started 'pushing' Gmail the moment I set it up close to a month ago.

I even have 6 separate icons for each of my Yahoo, Gmail and company (POP3) accounts in all my themes - BB-Dimension Today, Zen and also the Vodafone & Vodafone Today themes. A screen capture can be made available if needed.

It's not the email Icons that are being discussed, It is New Icons for Google Talk, Yahoo! Messenger, Yahoo! Search and Blackberry HELP. See CP6169s post on the update in This Thread.

Hmm.... Perhaps I wasn't reading the messages clearly enough.
It looked to me as though email icons were a part of this thread too.
Honestly wonder why TMO didn't say anything about new icons for the
other features in their email to melissaox?
I have Yahoo messenger downloaded on my BB and it does show the new icon
as does the Browser icon too.
I do not use Google Talk so no icon anyway.
No Yahoo Search icon at all (actually won't use it) and No BB Help icon either.
Would it have anything to do with not running the TMO OS on the TMO 8700g, I wonder?
