$19.99 & $9.99 T-Mobile Plans, Need Some Help?

I am looking to add a Pearl for my wife and she only needs the BIS side of the email portion for her use. Have seen numerous references on here about an unlimited BB BIS plan for $19.99 and on T-Mobile's site for $9.99

If I am deciphering correctly, the $9.99 plan pretty much utilizes the email addy assigned to the phone account correct? Such as the [email protected] addy.

I haven't been able to find the $19.99 pricing structure on the TMO website? Would this give her unlimited access to her Gmail, Yahoo etc... for this price? She doesn't really use the data so that isn't important. I would like her to have seemless send/recieve of her Gmail stuff though, and ability to go into the BIS site and add her stuff in or have me go in and set it up for her.

We have a family plan so hopefully this can be an add on to that, and if so, what exact plan do I need to tell customer service to add?

Any help would be appreciated.

$19.99 - Full BIS access which includes unlimited email to 10 addresses along with unlimited internet access and tethering.

$9.99 - Email only which is unlimited email to 10 addresses only. No internet or tethering.
