I have a flex pay account and getting the proverbial "getting screwed" by customer service and the supervisors of flex pay... I have had to call several calls to customer service(well over 100 in the past 3 months) about billing, phone problems and download problems... The flex pay department is a bunch of monkeys behind computer for the simple fact that I have to call 2 or 3 times after the problem was "fixed" to actually resolve this issue.. After all of the hassle of calling they offer me "a 5 dollar credit to my flex pay account" WOW... Insult to injury.... Sorry for the long post but tmo flex pay users beware
