i got my phone to connect to bitpim and i overwrote a ringtones folder. i turned off my phone. when i turn it on it stays at at black screen for 20 seconds, goes to the red virgin mobile picture and stays there for 30 seconds, then goes to a white screen and restarts and repeats that same thing again. what should i do? i got this phone from virgin insiders last saturday. is there any way to fix this or should i just give up?
