QPST with the 8910

Hey, Ive been successfully using QPST to upload rintones and wallpapers on my 8910 but when I put in ringtones that are only 30 secs long and less than 500kb a message pops up like"This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy.Click the appropriate button on the task bar to activate the busy program and correct the problem. ".Then the thing keeps saying wrting file in phone system and then it finish but then my song is cut short to 22 secs whil ei want it at 30 and this is really annoying me. I also just want to put a longer song on it for the hell of it but I dont know why since this thing pops up. Can someone please hlp me.
