Help!!

Hi I have an older audiovox 8910. I use this phone almost continuously for work. My problem is that I live/work in the desert, and once I get about 15 miles out of town, I no longer have enough signal to make or receive calls. I've been in some pretty good binds before and really need to rely on my phone. Is there anyone who can tell me where I can buy a hands free kit that allows my phone to be used while cradled in my car, without any kind of headset or earbud, and also a signal amplifier/booster that would increase my signal while in my car? Please help, and Thank you in advance, bawest
