MoCo's new speedo/tach for Road Kings

I just had the SE style nacelle mounted tach installed on my RK Custom. I haven't gotten it back yet (Friday) but I am sure it will look sweet. Its more expensive but it cures a long standing problem I have with tank mounted gauges.......you have to look down to see them and then find it and focus in order to read it.
I'd rather keep my eyes forward.

The tach in question is certainly an improvement and the price seems right.

I got mine delivered Saturday morning and put it in right away. The lighting is actually kind of cherry koolade color and everything functions A-OK. I like riding with the tach and the speed number is about an inch high so there ain't no doubt about the reading.

It all functions thru the plug that replaces the original speedo lead. Works like a champ.

Is there a tach option for the older RK's?

Yes there are HD options, but not digital and expensive ($450). There are aftermarket digital options.
