i watched this movie in the early 2000's on movies on demand about these kids who find a secret world underneath there kitchen sink or something like that and the government in this world has like no faces and they consider themsevles perfect and everyone who does have a face is imperfect so they try to perform surgery under the citzens to make them "perfect". so the kids end up helping the villagers from being under surgery and getting there face removed. i need helpp!!!!!!!
