Usually, it only shuts off randomly when it's in my pocket. Today, I tried to open up VZW Get It Now to check out ringtones. I was on there yesterday with no problem, but today when it was loading, my phone completely turned off. I don't know what it was, but I've tried like 3 times today and it has shut off every time. I even did a software update after the second time. Does anybody know what the problem could be?
