1098 Axle nut socket led to finding a great local bike shop.

Ok so I realized I left my rear axle nut socket in storage in montreal.. then to my disbelief the dealer said they don't stock them and referred me to the $70 plus p&p speedymoto item online..

Riding back home I decided to pop into northern tool and found a meaty 12pt 55m socket that fits perfectly for $10.

This added a second bonus as i figured the dealer is NOT my answer to all my ducati woes, I then thought I'd use a shop real close to get some new bt002's on. it turns out the owner is a bit of a racer and he said he was lucky to work on my bike. As I was fitting my new clutch last night, I realiSed two of the bolts I had lost and struggling to find online and the dealer didn't have them had been replaced by the guy and he didn't even say anything.

I've been riding 14years or so and lived in several places in a few different countries and no i'm pretty lucky to have a good shop like this close by..

Geeze ASM, he said montreal and you didn't drool?

I got a 55mm at Princess auto for 12 bucks, thankfully never had to use it yet.

I did, my libido is just fine apparently. If you hear the word Montreal and you don't get a little bit of wood you might be just a step away from playing catch with CV.
