Hi,

Lately I have been eating healthily and noticed that I have started to lose weight (this wasn't my first intention, more of an added bonus). I calculated today what I had eaten and it 2500kJ total. Is this bad for my health?

I feel fine (as in not hungry) and I feel as if I have eaten a substantial amount of food today. Breakfast I had tomato slices on wholegrain bread, for lunch I had a huge salad (basically chicken Cesar salad, with not much dressing though), a bowl full of lettuce with a can of tuna and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar over the top and for dinner I had steak and green vegetables. I feel fine and losing the weight is a good thing. Is this bad for my health? Should I go eat a spoonful of sugar?

THanks

BTW: I am 18 and not very active
