swimming in gym, should i shower in gym? first off im a dude, im a 16 yo sophmore. i have gym last period of the day i start monday and finish the second week of january, so basicly four weeks of swimming (19 days, deducting the written test day) anyways i have some questions firstly should i shower? i mean its my last class of the day and its startin to get cold out. so like il be freezing when i get out the shower & its not like il be sweating? idk. and my other question is i cant really swim what should i do!?? the water is like 3ft to 13 ft. the gym teacher is a female she said we dont gotta go in the deep end.. but IDK can someone give me advice?!
